Carwild Corporation has acquired the rights to manufacture PVAc (Hydroxylated Polyvinyl Acetal) medical foam sponges from M-PACT Worldwide, L.L.C. for use in Surgical, ENT, and Ophthalmic procedures.
The FDA has accepted a number of Carwild-sourced foam products for use with or as medical devices. Carwild's supplying of your medical device component or packing assures you of the finest medical foam products.
Carwild Corporation offers a full range of die-cut and custom-molded foams. Products are available in hydrophilic, polyvinyl acetate, and polyurethane foams. The foam composition can be custom blended to meet the needs of your specific product. The foam used can be cut in pieces, cast as a sheet or die cut to specification. They may be further coated with adhesive, glue, or sonically welded together. With our available labor in the United States and Dominican Republic, the end result product can then be assembled and packaged to customer specification.
